Experimentation and development of ideas have always been at the forefront of Bill's work in glass, Most of what happens in his work involves re-enacting of natural processes which manifest themselves in an incredible natural geometry of the platonic solids; cubes and other regular polyhedrons, and of course, spheres. 

 All these are inevitably linked both philosophically and scientifically with the creation of matter at its most profound level including this universe we know so little about.  Patterns some microscopic, which form in nature and relate truth to scientists have become symbols to generations who choose to believe in another truth.
